• Theme preference (dark/light) stored in localStorage.
• Cookie consent record (so we don't re-prompt you).

Analytics (consent required)

Help us understand aggregate usage of the Site so we can improve it. Loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

• Vercel Analytics— first-party, privacy-friendly traffic and Core Web Vitals.
• PostHog— product analytics and event taxonomy described in our internal taxonomy. Configured with IP anonymisation.

Marketing

None at present. We do not run advertising pixels.

3. Third-party cookies set when you embed widgets

When you open the booking modal, Cal.com may set its own cookies in the embedded iframe to provide its scheduling experience. When the Cloudflare Turnstile widget renders on the contact form, Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies for bot protection. Both are disclosed in their own privacy notices.

4. Managing your preferences

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time:

• Click Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the consent banner;
• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that doing so may break parts of the Site that depend on strictly necessary cookies.
