2. Scope
You may contact the Grievance Officer regarding:
- Exercising your rights under the DPDP Act — access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or nomination;
- Complaints about how we have processed your personal data;
- Concerns about content hosted on the Site that may violate applicable law;
- Other compliance-related issues.
3. Response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.
- Substantive response: within 30 days, in line with DPDP Act and IT Rules 2021.
- For takedown requests covered by IT Rules 2021, we respond within the timelines specified by those rules.
4. What to include in your grievance
- Your name and a reachable email address;
- A clear description of the grievance and the relief sought;
- Any supporting context (URLs, screenshots, dates, prior correspondence).
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (once operational under the DPDP Act), or to your local data protection authority where applicable (for example, the appropriate Supervisory Authority under the GDPR).
